RETURN POLICY

Luxe Design Studio works hard to offer a luxurious experience while bringing your vision to life with quality work. We offer multiple rounds of revisions to ensure the designer and client are on the same page at all times. Due to the nature of the service and the revision opportunities throughout the project, Luxe Design Studio does not offer refunds on any project. If you are unhappy with the result of your project please reach out here and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


DEPOSIT & CONTRACT

Before the start of any project Luxe Design Studio requires the client to sign a contract and pay the non-refundable deposit. Once both of the requirements to start the project are met, the client will receive an email with a questionnaire to start the project.
